What are the guidelines for travel due to COVID-19?
A.

Your travel advisors will work with you to get the most accurate information available at the time of your booking and prior to travel. They will always keep you informed of any changes as well. As testing and vaccine mandates evolve and change, we are always on a constant watch for how these changes will affect our clients' vacation plans.

Do you issue passports?
A.

No. Passports are issued by the U.S. Department of State and are taking much longer to receive than they did before the pandemic.

Visit https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/passports/how-apply.html for the most up to date information. If you live in Lufkin, TX, passport applications and appointments are available at our local U.S. Post Office.

Do I need a passport to go on a cruise? 
A.

Yes or no. It depends. If you are a U.S. citizen and are booked on a round-trip cruise from a U.S. port, returning to that same U.S. port, then you do not have to have a passport (though it is always recommended in case of an emergency) as long as you have a certified copy of your birth certificate. A passport is required in all other circumstances.

What kind of passport do I need to travel?
A.

A passport book is required for international air and cruise travel. A passport card is only useful if you are driving across the U.S. border.
